I can remember as a kid how I couldn't wait until summer arrived. That last day of school ended and we were free! Our summer was filled with fun things. The times I always looked forward to was church camp and Vacation Bible School.
As a pastor I still look forward to those times because I know that these events change lives. We have the opportunity each summer to provide for children and youth in our church and community to learn more about Jesus and also have the priviledge of seeing lives changed and souls saved. As we prepare for our summer let's pray for the lives of boys and girls that the Lord will draw them unto Himself and save them. Pray for our camps and pray for our VBS.
